We’re excited to welcome you back to our Courtyard.
We’ve put together the following FAQs to support a safer dining experience for you and our staff.
Do I need a reservation? Are there seating limits?
Weekdays: Call-ahead seating is recommended
Weekend brunch: Reservations are required.
We are currently accommodating parties of 2, 3 and 4. Parties larger than 4 will be required to sit at separate tables.
Do you have a symptom policy? Am I required to wear a mask?
If you or a member of you party can answer YES to ANY of the following questions, we ask that you please come back another day when you feel better so as not to put other guests and our staff at risk.
Do you currently have: a fever? Respiratory symptoms, including a sore throat, cough or shortness of breath? Changes in your sense of taste or smell?
If you answered NO to ALL of the above, we thank you for wearing a mask or face covering when entering or exiting the lobby, the courtyard and at any time during your visit that you’re not seated.
Are you screening your staff?
Yes. Restoration Cafe performs a temperature check and symptom screening on each employee at the beginning of each shift and implemented symptom and illness policies and hygiene guidance in accordance with the state (click here and here to view).
Are you offering low-contact ordering and payment options?
Each guest will be provided with a single-use, disposable menu (you may take it with you when you leave or recycle it the appropriately marked bin).
We’re also rolling out a “place-your-own-order” system. After you’re seated, your server will deliver a tablet to your table. Each table will also feature step-by-step instructions on how to enter and submit orders.
Tablets are cleaned and sanitized between each use.
If you prefer to give your order directly to your server, we can accommodate that, too.
At the end of your stay, your server will continue to drop a check at your table. We ask that only one (1) member of your party pay inside at reception (credit card preferred).
How will my food be served?
Restoration Cafe reception staff and table servers will be masked for your safety and ours.
Your juices, smoothies and coffee drinks will be served in our to-go cups, and your meals will be served on or in our standard plates and bowls. Pre-rolled, stainless steel utensils will be brought to your table.
We are asking that all guests clear their own tables and dispose of drink containers and napkins in the appropriate bin and place their plates and silverware in the bus buckets provided.
How often are you sanitizing? Do you provide sanitizer?
Frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and sanitized a minimum of every 2 hours (this includes door handles, tablets, restroom fixtures, touchscreens, pens, etc.).
Chairs, tables and any table top items, including condiments, are sanitized between guests.
Hand sanitizer that meets government guidelines is available in the reception areas and upon request at your table. Sanitizer is also available for our staff at all employee work stations and break areas.
